Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Mooli Foodworks website (the “Service”) operated by Mooli Foodworks (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy (which details the use of Cookies), contain the terms that govern the use of this Site and the bookings you place and purchase.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.


All of our Dining Events and Cookery Workshops are offered as pre-booked events. We do not accept walk-in customers at this time, and we will regrettably have to turn you away if you have not booked in advance.

When making a booking, you must provide your real name, telephone number, email address, payment details including invoice address and other requested information.

Due to the nature of our Dining Events and Cookery Workshops, you must be 18 years of age or over to create an account or to place a booking on this Site.

The listed booking prices in Book & Buy (our ‘Shop’) for Dining Events and Cookery Workshops are per person, There are no additional fees.

We must receive your payment and you must receive a Confirmation Email from us confirming your booking before you or any of your party attend a Dining Event or Cookery Workshop.

Feelgood Frydays and Pop-up Restaurant events do not include beverages in the listed booking price. You can purchase non-alcoholic beverages on the night, or you are welcome to bring your own wine or other alcoholic beverages.

For our Tasting Menu and Casual Fine Dining events, the price includes a 10-course or 4-course set dinner menu respectively and one glass of wine or non-alcoholic beverage. You can purchase additional non-alcoholic beverages on the night, or you are welcome to bring your own wine or other alcoholic beverages.

For the safety and comfort of all workshop attendees, no alcohol is to be consumed at our Cookery Workshops and anyone suspected of being under the influence of alcohol, or drugs, will be asked to leave.

Cancellations and Transfers

Once your booking has been confirmed by email, it is non-refundable (just like at a sports or music event). If you need to cancel your booking, we regret that it will not be refunded.

If you have booked a Dining Event or Cookery Workshop and are unable to attend, it can be rescheduled, provided we have at least five days’ notice prior to the event date.

Your booking must be rescheduled within 3 months from the date we confirmed it. You may not reschedule your attendance at an event more than once. If you do not reschedule within 3 months your booking will be become invalid and you forfeit your attendance.

Please be aware that it may not be possible to rearrange attendance at a Pop-up Restaurant event on a ‘like-for-like’ basis within a 3 month period. Therefore, you may need to substitute attendance at an Indian pop-up for an Italian pop-up, for example.

You are not permitted to sell your booking to a third party. However, you may transfer your booking to a friend or family member if you are unable to attend, but only for the original date and event for which you booked and provided that their dietary requirements are suited to the particular event. Please Contact Us by email if you need to transfer your booking to another name. We will require the relevant reference code of the event along with your name and the name and telephone number or email of the party to which the transfer is being made.

Booking transfers will only be accepted when we have confirmed with the new attendee(s) that they are eligible to attend. Our Dining Events and Cookery Workshops have age restrictions that must be adhered to.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a Dining Event or Cookery Workshop, we will offer you a full refund of the booking price or we may offer you an alternative date for an event or workshop on which to attend.

Attendance at Events and Workshops

Dress Code

Whilst we do not enforce a strict dress code for any of our Dining Events or Cookery Workshops, we ask that you wear attire that is suitably clean, tidy and respectable. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you are inappropriately dressed (e.g. no shirt means no service).

Your Personal Property

Ample designated free parking is provided for diners and event-goers, but vehicles are left at the owner’s risk. We do not accept liability for any damage or theft of any vehicle whilst at Mooli Foodworks.

We do not accept responsibility for damage to or the loss of any personal possessions and advise that you do not bring items of high or special value.

Please, Don’t Be Late!

We will do our best to accommodate guests who inform us of unavoidable and unexpected delays.

Please be punctual for Cookery Workshops as late arrivals are disruptive to the learning experience of others.

If you are attending a Casual Fine Dining or Tasting Menu event, please be aware that as communal dining experiences, we start dinner promptly at the reservation time and you may miss courses if you are late.

Be Nice!

We reserve the right to remove you from the premises if your behaviour or actions are inappropriate or cause offence to other diners or workshop attendees. This will be at our sole discretion.

Allergen Advice

All of our delicious food is made in a kitchen that handles and prepares the following allergens: sesame seeds, tree nuts, peanuts, mustard, celery, soybeans, wheat and ingredients containing sulphur dioxide or sulphites. We follow strict guidelines to minimise the risk of any cross-contamination.


You do not need to create an account to make a booking at Mooli Foodworks, but if you do, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Mooli Foodworks. For example, you may not copy or reproduce any text, images or graphics on our website www.moolifoodworks.co.uk.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Mooli Foodworks.

Mooli Foodworks has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Mooli Foodworks shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.


We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.


We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
